Ingredients:
• 1 tsp dried Tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) flower heads
• 1 cup boiling water
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the dried flowers. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain gently.
Use:
Drink ½ cup once or twice daily.
Do not use for more than 4–5 consecutive days.
A Note of Care:
Tansy is a potent herb. Use mindfully and in moderation. Not recommended during pregnancy or for long-term use.
