Ingredients:
2 handfuls of washed and chopped Nettles
2 cups green sprouted buckwheat
1 cup flax meal
1 tablespoon psyllium husks
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
The Making
Place the buckwheat and Nettles into a blender and blend until finely chopped. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Evenly spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet or on a dedicated dehydrator tray, and dehydrate until completely dry.
Early spring nettles carry the pulse of rebirth—bold, green, and quietly fierce. This crispbread is more than nourishment; it’s a grounding ritual. Combining sprouted buckwheat with the strength of flax and the quiet minerality of Urtica dioica, each bite bridges simplicity and soulfulness. Whether as a nourishing snack or a ritual companion, it’s a way to welcome wild plants into your daily rhythm—one crisp, vibrant slice at a time.
