Before there were balms, there were leaves.
This traditional herbal compress uses freshly crushed Ground Elder (Aegopodium podagraria) leaves – applied directly to joints in moments of discomfort or tension.

Ingredients
– Fresh Ground Elder leaves, gently crushed into a paste
– A clean cloth or bandage

The Making
Apply the green paste to the affected area. Cover with a clean cloth and leave for 15–20 minutes.
Rest, breathe, and let the plant offer its cool, grounding touch.

Sometimes the best relief grows quietly at your feet.
Let the wild tend what aches.
