This traditional herbal compress uses freshly crushed Ground Elder (Aegopodium podagraria) leaves – applied directly to joints in moments of discomfort or tension.
Ingredients
– Fresh Ground Elder leaves, gently crushed into a paste
– A clean cloth or bandage
The Making
Apply the green paste to the affected area. Cover with a clean cloth and leave for 15–20 minutes.
